    As a director, I am dedicated to crafting unique, visually-driven stories across various genres and mediums.

    With a background in theater and art, I prioritize research and collaboration in my approach.

    Having worked on a range of budgets and in various departments, I can think practically about shoots, visual effects, and post-production. My goal is to keep the atmosphere on set calm, efficient, respectful, and precise.

    Whether it involves epic battles or exploring the intimate interior of a character's mind, I thrive on bringing these stories to life.

    With on-set and VFX experience, I bring a practical perspective to the job as well as the artistic side.

    For over 15 years, I’ve helped hundreds of projects with storyboards. It’s a skill I’m passionate about sharing with new filmmakers.

TALKS & PUBLIC

I teach storyboarding skills to new filmmakers and at festivals, as well as talking on Visual Storytelling and participating in panels and podcasts on film and feminine horror. Serving on film juries and panels is always an honour.

BIO


Elizabeth is a director, producer, and film creative trained in theatre and visual effects. After receiving Chicago’s top honour for set design, a Jeff Award, she was selected for the Berlinale Talent Campus.  

Her award-winning feature debut film THE BOOK OF BIRDIE focused on the mystical feminine and had a 100% female cast and 75% female crew. She’s featured in the book 1000 Women in Horror by Alexandra Heller-Nicholas. Recently Elizabeth co-directed a feature-length docu-drama about the Siege of Malta and co-created the cult Greek monster feature MINORE.

As specialist in creative visuals and storyboarding, Elizabeth has contributed artistically in a range of roles on over 100 productions in film, TV, commercials, VR, theatre and more, including Wonder Woman, TED Talks, and BBC Earth. She’s the producer of Melancholy Star Studio, in Greece and the UK, the art director of the Fantaspoa Festival in Brazil, and a member of the European Film Academy.
