A group of Fantaspoa alumni filmmakers gathered at this year’s Fantaspoa Fantastic International Film Festival in Porto Alegre, Brazil, to shoot a short film, “LICK ME,” in and around the festival. LICK ME is a transgressive take on possession and female sensuality told in a visually arresting style: reminiscent of a wild night out you won’t forget, but maybe you want to. It’s a sexy, creepy story that treads the line between body horror and social/cultural views on exploitation and consent.
